PANELS FOR REFRIGERATES STORES

From our wide experience in installation of refrigerated provision stores aboard, we developed our own new product for both the industrial and the marine sector. Take a look at the main innovative features:

  • Cam Lock System
  • New polyurethane foam

Cam Lock System this special locking system for panels is particularly resistant to traction and corrosion, which increases its life while reducing the maintenance needs.

Moreover, it reduces manufacturing and assembly time.

PIR foam features a high degree of fire resistance that along with the peculiar enhanced safety of the store offers excellent thermal insulation performance, reduces the thermal input used and, consistently, CO2 emissions.

Its main advantages are reduction in frost and/or ice building-up caused by humidity in the air thanks to the strengthened coupling seal, a quick assembly of the whole structure, uniformity and improved stability of temperature within the stores.

This special plastic coupling can take up polyurethane load in its expansion stage and allows the panel to keep and even improve all its mechanical and thermal features

Moreover, the new stores feature a new ceiling panel with a new fixing system that will :

IMPROVE EXTERNAL APPEARANCE: washers and bolts are not visible inside the store;
IMPROVE THERMAL CONDITIONS: it removes the potential thermal bridge caused by thermal junctions located inside the store;
IMPROVE MECHANICAL ASPECT: the ceiling can withstand 100 Kg/m of distributed load;
IMPROVE ASSEMBLY: the conical centring system makes assembly and alignment of panels easier and more precise.
